Rural Recovery, which operates the South County Recovery Center located at 67 State Road in Great Barrington, MA, is seeking donations for a proper sign on the facade of the building. “We have a public awareness problem. A lot of people don’t know where we are or what we offer inside of the recovery center. A sign will be a great benefit in helping people to find the connections they need to move toward their recovery or to help someone they love who is affected by addiction.” says Rural Recovery Director Gary Pratt.

Currently the center has makeshift signage inside of the windows but with the glare, most times they are not very visible from the road. Rural Recovery is working with Larkin LTD Sign Company to design an internally illuminated sign that will be centered above the windows and will help to improve visibility, public awareness, and increase visits to the center.

Rural Recovery operates under the fiscal agency of a 501c3 nonprofit, so all donations are fully tax deductible. The South County Recovery Center is hoping to raise $1000 to help offset 50% of the design, manufacture, and installation costs.
